Filipino Resilience during Disaster

Philippines is the fourth most at-risk country in the world in terms of climate-related natural disasters . Already it is estimated that multi-hazard average annual loss for the Philippines is US$7.893 million, which is equivalent to 69 per cent of social expenditure in the country. Many disaster have passed but having the Filipino Spirit we still manage to laugh , smile and be happy. The definition of resilience is also taken from UNISDR terminology to mean “the ability of a system, community or society exposed to hazards to resist, absorb, accommodate to and recover from the effects of a hazard in a timely and efficient manner, including through the preservation and restoration of its essential basic structures and functions”. REFLECTION

For this last quarter with every groups who prepared for our lessons and reports. I have learned and reminince some lessons way back grade 8 about Photoshop its parts and the tools used in editing and making new design. Its a very helpful thing because it will help us in the near future.
